Kidney beans, dry

Smoked Polish sausage, sliced

Barley, regular

Garlic cloves; peeled
Parsely sprigs

Directions

  1. Put rinsed beans in large saucepan.
  2. Add water, cover and let stand overnight.
  3. Drain off water the next day.
  4. Put beans, barley and remaining ingredients into a crock pot.
  5. Stir.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
